Les Fruits de Mer have had a great time at our Tuesday evening booth each week at the Mardis de Grand Case. We’ve had the chance to interact with lots of folks – young and old, residents and visitors. Each week we’ve been focused on a different topic related to St. Martin wildlife, like insects, birds, sea turtles and marine mammals.
